I started my career as a Systems Engineer, building software systems from the ground up, and evolved into leading large-scale transformation across startups, enterprises, and consulting environments in Latin America and globally.

I help shape the evolution of hybrid product and project execution models, partnering with leaders and teams to improve how work flows across complex Product, Engineering, IT, and PMO ecosystems.

My focus is on enabling organizations to evolve from process-driven execution toward adaptive, outcome-oriented, and scalable systems that thrive amid uncertainty, rapid technological change, and the need for faster, better-informed decision-making.
